BCBS Coupe PPO participants have an opportunity to sign up for a health care financing card from Paytient with a revolving $3,000 line of credit. This line of credit comes with $0 interest, $0 fees and no credit check. You have the option to repay expenses over time, up to 12 months. Your Paytient account can be used to pay for office visits and prescriptions at the point of sale (for pharmacy benefits) or other medical expenses upon receiving your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). You can only sign up for this benefit during Annual Enrollment. You will NOT have another opportunity to elect this exclusive financing option during the 2026 plan year. If you select “yes” Paytient will contact you to complete a form.
